We went to discover Funchal in Madeira for the first time. With the help of chef Júlio Pereira and through gastronomy we learned a lot about the history of this place. The "Caniçal Gaiado" (Pickled Skipjack) is a dish that carries many memories for most madeirans. And now, for us as well. Flavours and aromas that represent this wonderful island.
