Great to see some useful information about EO's, Dr Axe. As an RMT I specialise in "therapeutic" EO massaging. Please bear in mind that some of the oils you mentioned have contraindications. Strongly suggest that you recommend patch testing before use. And course most EO's need dilution with a carrier. Yes...coconut oils is fine. I use an organic jojoba. Cheers!
