I know this is old but I agree. My form was terrible when I had low confidence. I would "shuffle" because when I was running I didn't want to make eye contact with people I passed so my head was always down. I also was afraid I looked and sounded weird when I tried to breathe properly so it would hinder my air intake.

I've read a study that says if you increase the incline of a treadmill 1% it offsets the lack of wind resistance. i find it easier running outside just because when I run on a treadmill I can feel myself holding back, even when I'm borderline sprinting. I'm a lot fast and don't get as tired outside. plus I like to pick a spot at the home stretch and bolt as fast as I can where as on a treadmill you lose explosiveness because you have to manually increase the speed.

Wow. This video is golden. So much helpful information. Really appreciate it. Had to save the video so I can reference it later to review. I especially like the nutrition break down. It seems like it's difficult to get accurate info on what our bodies actually need and why. There are loads of misinformation out there. Makes it confusing.

One thing you should make a video on is that depending on the location, the base you get assigned to, that will make the difference between being able to really run or forcibly run indoors on a treadmill or if you're lucky have an indoor track. Aka MINOT. People failed left and right there because you are dealing with blizzards and -57 degree weather. No brainer and should be a disclaimer next time.
