I did this routine this morning and can I say this form of excersise is what I've been looking for. These movemnts, your instructions throughout, the little tweaks and tucks and adjustments really made a difference in the overall effect of the stretches. Today I have moved in ways I didn't realise my body needed, and it felt so good! (without beating myself up) I am 56yrs female and I have a very achey stiff body... at the moment! BUT I loved this, and I'm excited and looking forward to tomorrow when I can do this all over again. I found Essentrics two days ago... and I think for me this is a life saver... life rejuvenater!!❤😊.Thank You

Great routine! Thanks for uploading it. I have to say that I’ve only ever heard Essentrics teachers use the words “pull” and “reach” interchangeably. Is this a Canadian thing? Or have I been missing out all these years on a new definition of the word “pull”?? 😊

I think reach is for moving into the extension, and the pull is to provide some resistance in the opposing muscles as you leave the extension. eg - you reach up to the ceiling with your arms, and as you bring the arms down you pull (imagining resistance). Unless it is to showcase where you should feel some stretch as you move into extension eg - you are reaching up to the ceiling with your arms, but will feel the pull in your abs.
