Thank you for your connective tissue workout that so few trainers, teachers understand. I’m 82 and in the past did yoga, Pilates, dance. It’s been a few years and this feels so right to get back in shape, slow and careful. You’re a gift.

I am truly sorry for your experience. I am so glad you are taking care of you. Please continue to make yourself number #1. We need to protect and pamper ourselves because nobody else does it for us unless we pay lots of money, but everybody doesn't have money to pay. You are the most important asset to yourself

I have been doing this video every morning Miranda for 4 weeks now, and I have seen a major improvement with my fascia problems on shoulders, spine and hips. I am really grateful for your help. I am 73 and can easily hike 3-5 miles, but this still feels like a workout. Amazing work!!!

Miranda, you are a blessing, I never liked stretching, as a result at 65 I was so tight everywhere it was compromising my range of motions. I'm so happy I found you, I've been doing your workouts for the past 6 months, and I feel so much better, I can move in ways I never could before. The best part is that I really enjoy your workouts, with any other workout I would be constantly looking at the watch, would suffer to reach the end, with you I'm actually disappointed when it's over, I enjoy it so much I could go for another 20 minutes. Love it. Thank you for such thorough instructions. In just two sessions in a class much-less clear than this tutorial, I am feeling results already, so I'm in, with you as my coach. At 64 and 3/4, after 3 years of COVID and working from home as a translator chained to my computer, I was starting to lose a lot of my strength, mobility and flexibility. This is perfect for me. Been doing this fascia workout a couple of times a week. I need to increase the amount of time during the week to do it. It is si helpful for my stiff hips and sciatica.

I've been doing Essentrics daily for the past 6 months and within a couple weeks happened to notice my posture was already improved! Just recently I have been diagnosed at age 70 with scleroderma (a connective tissues disease) and am so glad I can have exercises that specifically target connective tissue. Thank you!

Thank you for this lovely routine and tips! I've done Vagonava school Russian ballet for 45 years, and our barre routines offer a lovely convective tissue work out!! (Who knew?!) I was introduced to Essentrics last weekend at a Women's retreat, when a friend trained a instructor offered us a morning work out. As a massage therapist for 40 years, my own body awareness and ergonomics from ballet and Qigong keep my generally passion free, and i often encourage clients to remember to keep moving! ❤

Wow this was the most amazing workout I've ever had I felt so flowy Andy's connective tissues that I didn't even know I had feel so beautiful now and by the time it got to the end I was like it's over already when normally I'm just like when's it going to be over so thank you my physical therapist actually recommended this and I'm so glad I took a recommendation

This is amazing! Miranda, you are amazing! Thank you very much! I'm young, and strong, and fit so when I was watching your videos I was sure it's more than easier for me. I just love everything about stretching and decided to try something new. But when I was doing those simple exercises I realized they're not simple - my heart rate was increasing to 139 BPM sometimes and now I feel every muscle in my body. I feel alive! Thank you one more time!

Thank you Miranda! I love the grace of the movements and the incredible stretching. I'm trying to find more connective episodes in your offerings. Your backgrounds are so soothing, the exercises so strengthening and I appreciate the calmness of the exercises. Definitely reduces stress. I think you are really on to the whole connective tissue thing...especially as we age!

I am in su ch gratitude for this work. Reframe: healing. Transformation. My right ankles almost torn off years ago ...horse bucked. Rest of the story...you'll never run again. I average 50 miles a week and t his has improved my ankle, back hips, everything. It took me about 10 days to complete the entire workout....I just kept at it.

This workout is amazing. I have been doing Classical Stretch for almost 5 years, but this is the first time I have tried this workout. I had a bit of trouble with the pace at first, but once a slowed myself down it was great. I went for a power walk right after for the first time in about 6 weeks. I had a foot injury that prevented me. I thought I would just take it easy and not go my usual speed and distance figuring that I would be a bit rusty. I wasn't - at all. I felt great, in fact, better than on some days when I was doing it regularly. I highly recommend this workout. You will love the result

I fell on my hip 2 years ago and haven't been the same. I broke my right ankle 29 years ago . Thought it healed ok but didn't. Thanks to your slow stretch exercise it's brought me to realize how time was so damaging. It's been almost a year and it's saved me. Continuing today and hopefully forever. I came across this video and decided to try it since I have a mixed connective tissue disease and many others, this was challenging because it was more strength relying on my own muscles to actually do the work kind of liket weight lifting with my own body. I did finish the workout, but had to modify just a little bit, my arm goes out quick when I use it, I will do this again and start with a few times a week, I'm trying to redo myself, although I feel I may be too far gone. Thanks 😁

I cannot express how very much I enjoy these workouts and have for many years! It is an absolute treat every single day! Are there not 2 videos a day for the 30 day challenge? My daughter introduced me to your exercises, I have severe spinal stenosis. Trying to lift my legs feels like trying to lift them through cement, so I will do what I can of your exercises, my upper body is fine.

I am hurting my knees when doing the hip release moves. To avoid doing so I have to pause the video and observe the mechanics of my hip-knee-ankle and study how to place the foot to prevent injury which takes up a lot of time. One time I managed to find the sweet spot and my hips felt amazing. Do you have any other tips? I almost never hurt my knees like that. You keep mentioning proper alignment, could you expand on this please? I understand that you want to place your body weight evenly on both feet and have that weight evenly distributed across the bottom of your feet. (btw, I like to do this video before going on my daily walks because it gives me an extra "bounce" to my walk and I feel more liberated in my body!) Thank you! These videos are life changing!

Hi Natalie, thank you so much for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that your knees are in pain and hope that the technique can help - of course, proper alignment is key. So, during this movement, you have to turn your hips to the side - the rotation may be on a smaller diagonal than Miranda's to start. Your thigh will stay in line with the hip and the knee - the ankle and the foot should all line up in a nice perpendicular line to the floor. The ankle should be straight and the knee should be above the toes, all in line with the hip. We hope this helps.
