Letting my silver hair grow out was one of the best decisions I made. I had color in my hair since I was 12 (my dad is a stylist/colorist) and I just decided to stop about five years ago. Now my hair is a combination of brown, silver, white, and blonde and I keep getting compliments on it. My dad keeps taking professional credit for it because I inherited that coloring from him. "Where are you going to find sheep in LA?" Me: 'Well, he has historically found goats in LA, are sheep all that different?' Also, in the US you are permitted to burn an American flag that you own as part of a protest, I think it's free speech protected by the first amendment. What you can't do is take someone else's flag and burn it - that is someone else's property, so it's a property law violation. Indiana citizen here, horses are still active in Indianapolis and the entirety of the west side due to the Amish. horses are scared of cars. If you see one. You have to stay behind the horse and turn off the radio/ac. Until the horse pulls over for you on the grass NOT THE STREET or turns to a different street. If the horse gets scared, tips over or a cop sees you. You will have a strike on your record and possibly a jail time up to 5 months depending on the city/amish territories. Avoid Rockville and parke county if you want to avoid waiting 10-30 minutes behind a horse….. totally not from personal experience. Also yes, this law also goes for police, ambulance and fire. Or atleast what happen to me. The immoral law is still active but not enforced bc 3 dollars is not worth 20 pages of documents and 30 mins of work The hand fishing law is due to protecting fish when it’s not for food. If you plan on cooking the legal fish’s like cod and catfish. It’s fine to catch with your hands. But if you drop the fish. You technically have “deflower” the fish and littered so you have to get a fine and a year max (endangered species) for destroying the natural environment. The monkey case…. Yeah Indiana in the 1920s was anti anything non Christian which included smoking. Also fun fact. Sidewalks are technically illegal in parts of the state due to “private property” so if theirs no sidewalk by your house or road. It means the government isn’t allowed to put them up. My neighborhood is 5 mins out of the city, but due to a man in the 1930s. We have to make/maintain our own sidewalks. This is not a gated community or a hoa, estate business or a company community area. But a single man side we don’t want no commie government helping us. Now, we have to convince neighbors to spend 400-1000 dollars to make sidewalks repairs or to rebuild them. Legally speaking, I can’t leave my own block without jaywalking or trespassing.

For me, what feels good after exercise is the sudden attention I have to my body. I think I've hit such a disconnect that I am not even aware of my own body, and since its unhealthy when I try to be aware it just feels uncomfortable. With exercise, I can suddenly be aware of my muscles, growth, and so forth. Doing exercise consistently, like mentioned in the video, makes me less disconnected with my body and at one point reinforces good habits.

Read "The Godfather" recently. The first one is basically the core of the plot. Part 2 is all the extra backstory and loose ends. Part 3 wasn't supposed to be a trilogy. The director and novelist worked together but from no previous sources. It's okay if you want more of Pacino. The novels center on different characters for the sequels. Haven't read them, but I might. They feel like the films.
