which mods to use? dragons of course, and the elves mod is cool too. the cave dwellers which sometimes rob you which sometimes trade with you and which sometimes just gift things to you deep in the underground.

The leaves on the trees... in ethereal, leaves are set to plantlike(that's why they all look like that). you can go into the lua file in ethereal and just remove(delete)that whole line in all of the leaves node definitions, OR just set the variable from "plantlike" to just "nodebox" to get your leaves to be the normal, boxed ones.

Minetest movement feels weird at first, but then it just feels right. I miss sprinting, but I love that you can just hold jump and run forward to go over blocks like you can stairs in Minecraft.

@Arnav Vijaywargiya yeah, they usually add hunger though. Which, is probably fine, but I don't know if I miss sprinting as much as I hated constantly starving to death.

Mobs Redo Animal adds Panda's to ethereal bamboo biome, and playerplus with falling_item mod gives suffocation and falling block damage.

there is a special boot in armour_3d called crystal boots which increase ur walking speed so you don't always need to have stamina and those boots are a bit stronger than diamond

@@dee23gaming There's actually NO need for any of that nonsense or any kind of sprinting mod. just give yourself the "fast" privilege and just hold down "E" to move blazingly fast. but how fast you want to go CAN be adjusted in minetest's settings as well with this enabled. To find this "privilege"(and ALL other privileges, like the ability to fly around EVEN in survival)just open up your folder and hit builtin>game>privileges and find the setting called core.register_privilege("fast", { description = "Can use fast mode", give_to_singleplayer = false, }) and turn the variable from "false" to "true", then close the window and make sure you save your changes. from there... have fun zipping around EVERYWHERE at the press and holding of "E"! you're welcome. .

@@dee23gaming Forgot to mention... once enabled here, you then have to press a specific key to turn this on once the game starts. for the "fly" mode, I know it's "K" but I forgot which one was for "fast". I THINK that one is "F", but if am wrong, just pause the game and check your custom key button map. you'll find every single button detailed on this chart and what it does. you can even customize EVERYTHING from here if you're unhappy with the key you use to open your inventory, for example. usually, it's press "I" for that, but I have mine mapped over to "Q" instead(also had to map the "drop" to somewhere else as THAT was the key for that).

Where I live rhubarb is pronounced without the h. So it's more like "roobarb." Not sure if it's the correct pronunciation, but it's all I know.

That sounds like a neat idea. I don't know how servers are maintained and moderated though. I'll do some more research on it for sure.

Unfortunately there is no option to play with a controller. Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation are proprietary companies that will not allow their controllers to be usable in a free and open source game. Maybe there are ways of getting it to work, but that's probably not what you want to hear.
