Don’t go to a guy’s house for the first time in the evening (from 7pm upwards). Evenings have a romantic undertone to it and it might make it more difficult to ward off his advances. Evenings are great for hanging out. You can suggest visiting on a Saturday or Sunday during the day.

Nice video. Didn't agree with every single detail, it covered most of the basics. I think an important tip you left out though is to tell your closest friends and family where you are going. Share the uber ride, text them the address, send them the live location, casually slip it into conversation that people know where you are. The visit is not a secret. The best time to go to a guys house is early during the day the first few times. It's for safety reasons. You can go to his house on the weekend for brunch or lunch and end your visit with a walk in a near by park rather than his bed.

He invited you fine, but appreciate little things like a glass of wine or a cup of water.

Great advice Winnie, but in my case I will only visit a guy's home if I am already comfortable with him. Anytime a male mentions me visiting his home I see a red flag. Is he bedridden? If that's the case I might understand. As a matter of fact, I hardly want to go on a public date with someone I don't know much about. Look at all the wonderful public places that a couple can enjoy that's more my style. Even a male friend could be quite unpredictable if you visit him. I will only visit men who have earned my trust and respect over time.

A guy making advances the first time looks disrespectful and most times that kind of guy just want sex, nothing more.
