Hi Ma'am, a strict diet along with regular exercise will surely help in weight loss. So from today start having a healthy and balanced diet and do a 20 minutes of brisk walking. In a month, increase your brisk walking time to 1 hour. Check with your gynecologist, if you can start going to the gym and if ok, start doing strength training exercises. All these together will help you to regain your health and fitness.

வணக்கம், நீங்கள் இத்தனை வருட காலமாக என்ன உணவுகள் எடுத்துக் கொண்டீர்களோ, அதே உணவை சிறிது அளவு குறைவாக சாப்பிட்டால் போதும். அதே சமயம் இரவு சாப்பாட்டை சீக்கிரம் சாப்பிடுவது நல்லது.
