Both - the namesake for the ship is Russian Navy Minister in WW1 though. Not sure where he was born

Good informative video. As I understand it the Rusdians have 2 of them in the Black Sea. They can't get more in because of Turkey . And they can't use them near the coast or they ll be sleeping with the fishes. Now all the Ukrainians need is a few cruise missiles with sufficiently long range and they re toast. Good hunting Ukraine.

Glad you found it informative. Yes, you are correct only two of them are in the Black Sea - lead ship is out in the Med and is stuck there.

@@EurasiaNaval The restrictions Turkey imposed (as far as I understood) is that warships that have homeports outside of the Black Sea can't enter. Since the third Grigorovich is homeported in Sevastopol, it can re-enter the Black Sea should it need to. However, the vessels of the other Russian fleets in the med right now cannot enter.
