Your reactions to live performances are the best Miss Bisscute 💓💓. Thaks for this one, like it very much. Please react to INXS live at Wemblay 1991 all the concert is a master piece but the best songs are What you need and Suicide Blonde. you will enjoy that performance with a large crowd.

Hi Bisscute. I never request anyone to do reactions but i feel there is a guy who has never gotten the recognition he deserved and so very few people have reacted to his music on KZbin. He had went through alot with his wife's suicide, was left with 6 kids and sings to get through it. He has done free concerts even. Gary Allen is his name. If you decide to do one I'd appreciate it and thank you

This whole concert is incredible. By FAR my favorite version of this band. She killed it. Everyone has off nights and unfortunately they get caught because cameras are EVERYWHERE. Granted, she was still very young when this concert happened. And if her "bad" singing was at a festival, I get it. Most bands sound pretty assed-out at festival gigs.

Just saw Evanescence on tour last month and Amy Lee can still bring it! Obviously she isn't a machine and she'll have a bad performance occasionally, but this was the tour finale after 2 straight years of touring and she absolutely killed it. The other amazing thing was that the crowd was singing every single word of every song... the whole show through. We were so loud that she even commented on it during a break.

My 8 year old Granddaughter went to her very first concert this year to see Evanescence--and still talks about it as one of the most amazing days of her life. The Korn half of that same concert was a bit much for her 😊 Bisscute's reaction to this did make an old man smile so was definitely worth bending the usual "rules" to do.

Everytime I hear this song I remember one of the times I worked as a paramedic for an Evanescence concert. It was fun meeting the band, but it was a hot day in south Texas and when they played this song, people lost their minds so bad we had about a dozen people drop with heat exhaustion at the same time. It was a huge mess from a medical standpoint. Had to pull people out of the crowd through the backstage area. We ended up treating everyone without having to transport, but omg, crazy night. It was an excellent rendition of the song that night. Very powerful. Amy's vocals are amazing to behold and she's really nice too.

Is good to see people reacting to Evanescence’s music, but then again, I ONLY see people reacting to Amy’s performances from Fallen, when she’s grown so much and improved so much over the years. It’s sad because I imagine they go to the bands channel and see the millions of views and think “uh, let’s pick this vid”, and disregard the enormous growth they’ve had as a band over the years. For example, they did Download and Rock am Ring festivals this past summer among others and she just nailed it. In the latter they even brought Jacoby from Papa Roach to sing with Amy in Bring me to Life. Still good to see people appreciating Amy’s talent, but it d be good to see people acknowledging that after 2004 Amy kept existing

I think this is a truly unique song, her voice is like a beautiful butterfly landing on a manure shovel. I bought the album because of this song but I found that the juxtaposition of such contrasting styles was not capable of a wide vocabulary of emotion. In short it really only gels if the lyrics are about death, suicide or moribund subject matter. In the end only Bring Me to Life and Hello ever get played. She is a wonderful vocalist though and I wouldn’t be surprised if that era of her career was to her somewhat stifling…I’m glad she did it though. (Wow, I didn’t joke this time, unless you count the manure shovel bit, which I don’t.)

Another excellent band is The Protomen. They’re my favorite and their albums are phenomenal. They channel the 80s something fierce. Think Journey and Queen, but with a very somber and at the same time uplifting message and feel. Breaking Out, Light Up the Night, The Stand, The Will of One, The Good Doctor, Hope Rides Alone and so many more at just absolute fantastic songs. I cannot recommend them enough. They don't get a lot of reactions on KZbin sadly.

I think you'd like them. They travel in Europe fairly regularly. They were there the first part of this year if I remember right. Their shows are a ton of fun. If you do listen to them, whether it is reacting on KZbin or in your own time listen to Act I first, then Act II. The Albums tell a story. Honestly one of the most tragic characters in music is told through their music and it is honestly fantastic. They have other albums not tied to Acts I and II and are working on Act III now. Oh and before I forget the music is all about Megaman, hence the name The Protomen. Honestly my favorite band and favorite to see live. Forgive me for the bias.@@BisscuteReacts

A lot of people don't know this but the original version was it meant to have a male background vocalist. The record company basically forced her Define someone because she was one of the few female fronted bands of that time. She did do a version that was closer to what she wanted on the album synthesis.
@headlibrarian1996 Жыл бұрын
Did you mean “wasn’t meant to have”? I think it’s a good contrast to her voice.
@briansgamesandanime Жыл бұрын
@headlibrarian1996 yeah that's what I meant but autocorrect "corrected" me.😅 But yeah she didn't want a male singer in this one originally. But the record company kinda forced to. She did a reimagined version on the "Synthesis" album that is more close to what she wanted.
