I like your approach. I am 59, have only been raw vegan for 2 years and I am high fruit, low fat and went through menopause 3 yrs ago and so far it has worked for me and I was able to lose weight, and be at a weight even smaller than I was in high school by eating lots of fruit. My waist is a 24 and no belly fat (although it's not as tight as when I was younger). If, for any reason, high fruit/low fat stops giving me what I want, I will absolutely add more fat, and even experiment with a little cooked food (I love potatoes and steamed/roasted veggies). My goal is to at least stay high raw (90% or more) the rest of my life, but I'm loving the 100% raw as of now.

Fruits reveals what needs to be healed. One will get detox symptoms from fruits and/or fruit juices and then blame the fruit. It’s called a healing event and we must be strong to get through those, if we want true healing for ourselves. All cooked foods suppress detox symptoms and feel great, until they don’t. ❤
@EvaTheRawFoodCoach11 ай бұрын
Sorry. Disagree. People heal on all kinds of diets. Oh, and the fruit juice is complete bs.
@JacsAvenue11 ай бұрын
@@EvaTheRawFoodCoach I never said one can’t heal on other “diets”. People that come off a fast food diet into 50% raw vegan will see a dramatic change and heal some. I don’t think you actually put in the work (with fruits) to see how wonderful you can feel, because that’s NEXT LEVEL healing. It’s not always easy or fun. Fruits hydrate and move the lymph sewage. Greens are builders, we need them to build bones and muscles. Gillian berry and Shane sterling are perfect examples of eating and drinking both. What exactly are you coaching? How to eat quinoa and beans? That’ll only help the people that maybe want to loose some weight and feel a little better. That will not help people heal their dis-ease in the body. You’re misleading people and taking advantage of them.

Humanity just frugivores in denial . Fruits for the win baby 🎉… read’ Mans higher consiousness ‘ explains why fruits are true human food with lots of evidence 🎉. Also listen to john rose , robert moorse and free melon society!😊 . But ofcourse its an ideal and to get back to fruits takes transition and its not for everyone depending where we are at . We must also first clean the container as you cant put new wine in an old container .They are the HIGHEST vibration food which is why you reach for the heavens to get them . His comment is correct…I live in the tropics which helps and i dont eat supermarket fruit . Its in the first christian scriptures also that fruit is the food of the angels ! It deserves respect because its the most highs gift to humanity hence all the fruit trees that this world was once covered in ! The creator didnt make the fields for most the crops that we swear by , we destroyed eden and replaced it with them ! Much love 😊

Thank you for also mentioning that mushrooms contain vitamin D. I’ve been taking vitamin D as a supplement, because other than fortified cereals and certain plant-based milks I wasn’t sure where to get the vitamin D. Although I’ve eaten marinated raw mushrooms, I also felt a little funny about eating them raw. However, I’ve missed mushrooms and you have shed a light on and helped to shape my daily whole food veggie-based high raw diet!💯🎁👏🏽

I am just about to end a long juice fast and have been considering what to do next. Trying to do 100% raw vegan isn't for me, because, I'm not into trying when it comes to food, I'd rather give myself a break. Thanks for being honest about your approach, it has given me a lot of food for thought. Forget those who think numbers are more important than doing what's better for your body, your life and your mental health.

Thank you for this video, Eva!!!Although I enjoy fruit, I only want it from time to time. I love and crave vegetables. As I’ve been attempting to consume a 100% raw diet, I have been pushing fruits into my daily breakfast. It has been delicious (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with flax seeds) but it’s not what I think of when I first wake up. I primarily have been eating it add calories. And I cannot wait until lunchtime to have my salad. Your approach looks like the perfect balance for me.💕🎁💯

Great video would love to see more cause that’s exactly how I eat and I get ideas from u!! But can u tell me how exactly u made your quinoa? And when u steam your mushrooms do u add anything to it while it is steaming and how long do you let it steam for?
@EvaTheRawFoodCoach10 ай бұрын
The quinoa was plain. I made it the same way I make rice. I cup quinoa, two water. The mushrooms I steamed in a basket in a pot with an inch of water for about 5 minutes. They were big mushrooms.
