Let's take a moment to appreciate Brian's patience of a dude walking around with hugeass expensive cameras while he's working on the bike. I'm pretty sure not a lot of mechanics would be that nice 👌😂
@JasonDominus7 жыл бұрын
No they love it. Every time Chase asks him a question or otherwise slows down his work they get that much more money.
@mayxnkb7 жыл бұрын
I think the same. If it was me in place of Brian the Brain, I'd have slapped the shit out of the camera's (no offence to Chase) I think that;s why I'm unemployed lol

Really enjoyed watching a professional tear down that monster. I've always loved Ducati's but heard so much about how BAD their service and maintenance are...now we know why haha :)
@overknight52787 жыл бұрын
Jaret Campisi i heard new ones are easier to maintain 🤷🏽♂️ plus some people have a crap load of issues others not at all (goes with everything you buy oddly enough) and i love ducatis especially the monster. But yes it seems like a crap to work with especially after watching chase ending up quitting smashing it with a mallet until it goes in 😂
@trwilliams227 жыл бұрын
Its really not that bad. You can do valves and belts in 5-6 hours. You don't need any specialty tools. There are a few that make the job easier, but not necessary. Don't be scared to have a Ducati.

Hey Chase, just want to say that this sort of 'documenting' of a pro working on the bike is awesome! Maybe even better when you did it yourself. Really like your filming and commenting in this as well!

You know, it seems like all that work may have been a 'waste of time', but in all reality, you learned a LOT, and taught your viewers a lot. Yea, Brian went back and re-did a lot of what you did, but to be honest, not only was it fun to watch you struggle/learn, but probably the biggest thing we've learned is maybe bite the bullet, and let the pros do it. Thanks Chase, fantastic series.

Chase, that was the fastest 36:51 of my life. What a great video and watching the pros do it is awesome. Glad Brain/Brian doesn't mind you peering over his shoulder. That would drive some pros nuts! Again, great job dude.

I've had my R6 for several years now and do most of all the work on it myself. I thought after all the time I've spent with it I have a pretty good idea about the insides of all bikes and how they function, and then I see this Ducati and now my mind is blown. So many different things going on mechanically inside this bike compared to a Japanese super-sport. Now I understand why Ducatis have such a high price tag lol. Very informative video thanks.

Loved this episode Chase. No insult intended, but it feels good to see a pro work on the bike... it's a psychological thing since I don't know anything about it myself. I think I know how to check the tire pressure, and that's about it. Also, this episode shows the bike in a good light and confirms how gorgeous it is - well done Mr. On Two Wheels!

Looks like you have a really good partnership going with Mountain Motorsports for First Rides and this series. Seeing the 'pro' in the shop is by far the most interesting part of the series. I'm sure a lot of editing was going on to turn a 10-hour period into 36 minutes. Nice work! Not sure if the 'Wrecked Bike Rebuild' will be repeated or not, but showing the professional service and repair tech work is something I would love to see in the future.

That Leo Vince exhaust is hella fancy. And dat carbon fiber tho! Really loving how it's going right now. Cant wait to really hear it run for the first time when its all said and done. And the front fork shouldn't take too long to throw on there i don't think. just a couple of bolts on the triple tree and and it slides right out.

kinda diggin the pro tips from the tech,i think it should be apart of wrecked bike re build. like after you get the bike to what you think is finished then you take it to the tech to see how good you did and what to improve on. i feel like it would help your skills as well as any do it yourselfers at home that watch the series.
