I've learned a lot by watching these videos (i.e Brian's commentary about putting grease around the sparkplugs). If possible, can you include a "Brian's Tips & Trick" (or something similar) in which he drops some knowledge on both beginner & advanced parts of maintaining and/or rebuilding a motorcycle?

At 16:16 Brian shouldn't have greased those spark plugs. From NGK's website - "NGK spark plugs feature what is known as trivalent plating. This silver-or-chrome colored finish on the threads is designed to provide corrosion resistance against moisture and chemicals. The coating also acts as a release agent during spark plug removal. NGK spark plugs are installed at the factory dry, without the use of anti-seize. NGK tech support has received a number of tech calls from installers who have over-tightened spark plugs because of the use of anti-seize. Anti-seize compound can act as a lubricant altering torque values up to 20 percent, increasing the risk of spark plug thread breakage." Adding the grease would cause the same issue as adding anti-seize to NGK plugs does.

First mistake those techs are doing is torquing spark plugs. Tighten them, then 1/4 more turn is all you need.

Edit: Thanks Brian lol quick tip I use at work, put a couple nuts on the bolt you're going to cut then once cut, file the end down and run the nuts off the thread. Simple :)
