For the people who disliked this video, the only thing I can think of is, you are jealous! Sarah, I like where you moved your couch that was by the sliding door. I love how your kids have chores to do. There is nothing wrong with that at all. More parents should be like you and Solo. All of your kids are adorable, but there's something about Destiny that I just love. She's the type of kid you could just pick up and squeeze her little cheeks. Hi all! I just found your vlog and LOVE it! You all are awesome! A couple of tips about container gardening: 1. Lettuce and greens don't do so well in the heat. They tend to get stressed, become bitter and go to seed early. You might want to move them where they're in the shade in the afternoon. Also, you might want to put something under the container so that the hot patio doesn't transfer the heat into the container. 2. Tomatoes *love* the heat, so having them out in the open and on the cement patio is a good choice. It'll be important though to water consistently (not too much or too little), otherwise they might cause cracking of the skins. When you do water, please try to not get it on the leaves or splash dirt onto the leaves. Both can cause diseases to form on the leaves. (Tomatoes seem to have a weakness for that.) I've read that some people cut off the top 1/3rd of a pop bottle and use that as a funnel for watering their tomato plants. It channels the water directly into the soil, reducing risk of disease.
