Chai'naMarie03 Well he did grow up in the 50’s and they always where dressed Nice, so i Think he just wanted to relax in the Way he dressed. I could be wrong, but it’s just my guess😅

Another great example of their dressing differences is when they got their star on the walkway in Hollywood ~ Phil had on a cream-colored suit & Don was quite underdressed!! Lol 😆

Yes, thats how they were, like salt and pepper, two completely different characters. Don loose and casual, Phil trimmed and styled. They probably agreed on only one thing and that was the music whih therefore turned out magical.

Is it just me? Timestamp 222 / The interviewer conflates the first appearances of the brothers and their father with the 1983 reunion concert which was held after Ike passed away. Even Don doesn't notice the error in time and goes right along with it. Ike appeared with them at Royal Albert Hall during the earlier years, before the Big Split. I'm sure they've told the old stories so many times that their eyes glaze over and everyone just says, "yeah yeah yeah." But Phil is staring at the interviewer wondering how much meth was in his coffee that morning. Ike could not have appeared with them after he was dead and buried.

Trust me all the years on the road takes a toll. They still look great . They were very humble and down to earth guys . It's not all about image you still have to live a bit
