I have a friend, that has a farm. Right next door to her is an organic farm. When her farm gets pesticide sprayed from an airplane, there is NO way in the world that a significant amount is not going on to the organic farm! Buyer beware! Not everything is as advertised.

Amen. Jesus Christ set me free from P orn and another L ust Addiction in the Year 2018, which I struggled for many years. Jesus saved my Life. Turn to Jesus Christ. He is the only way to Heaven. God Loves You so much that He paid the fine for your sins on the Cross through His Death. His Holy Blood Was shed for the sins of us mankind. Three days later after the death of Jesus Christ, He rose again to Life and defeated death. Please repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. God does not want any of you to end up in H ell. We cannot take anything with us when we leave the Earth. Heaven and H ell are Eternal. Choose Jesus. He is Life.

What to believe to go to heaven !! : Realize you are a sinner being sorry. Sin is lying, evil thoughts, lust, etc. Therefore, do not trust in your own works to go to heaven because you realize, being a sinner, you cannot offer the perfect blood sacrifice that God requires to pay for sin. Instead, believe, meaning fully trust, that in Christ's love for you, on the cross, His one perfect blood sacrifice; when Christ bled, suffered and died, in your place, paid for your sins in full, past, present and future ! Believe that Jesus rose from the dead ! Believe Jesus is God Almighty, God the Son, alive for evermore ! And believe that the sinless blood of Jesus Christ is what cleanses you from all sin, which purifies your soul ! Then the Lord Jesus will forgive you, save you from hell and give you eternal life, and you will be sealed with the Holy Spirit who will dwell within you forever ! And thank Jesus ! AS someone who take a lot of supplements, if you look at multi vitamins, they have twice the calcium of magnesium. when you do the research like he says tooooooo much calcium screws your body up period, water pipes show this very well, thats why i take extra magnesium with my multi along with other sups that counter act the calcium damage.

Hello Dr Pradeep, Whenever we take supplements of vitamins, it can easily build up extremely high quantity of supplemented vitamins. How do we know that we may not have built high high quantity of k2 in our system? I have noticed that generally recommended vitamin supplementation dose (also referred to as daily allowance) is High. Just as, in case of calcium supplementation the recommended doses is 1000 mg; that kind of supplementation will definitely induce calcification.

Here is an idea that would be interesting to try ..Sunflower seeds or hemp seeds in your diet which will allow your body to naturally absorb vit K2 and calcium ..I believe that most of us really have an issue at maintaining everything we consume and the body just works overtime in converting ... Fasting will help and ketosis in a short period would be a better way because ya still need the nutrients to maintain a biome ...As long as you workout , rest and treat your food as medicine then a short fasting or time restriction seems best

If you buy kefir from the supermarkets beware of the sugar content. Some have too much sugar and anaccummulation of too much sugar in a day everyday etc well we know where that leads!!

Nattokinase usually has the K2 removed because this product is used OTC to dissolve blood clots. You should be taking MK7 if you want to supplement.

Do you have any videos on familial hypercholesterolemia? I am "deficient in the gene that sucks out extra cholesterol" and honestly, I'd like to know what that gene is! I have been doing intermittent fasting for a year and while my weight has not decreased, my cholesterol numbers have gone under the norm for the first time ever (even with taking Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe). So I am certain IF has helped with that. I had a 6-vessel bypass almost 5 years ago at the age of 54, so much "disease" they couldn't stent. You would have thought I was really sick, right? All I had were increased palpitations and a flutter in my chest that went from the right to the left and back. The next morning I had the "sense of impending doom" and when you have that feeling, you know it! I wasn't short of breath with exercise at all, no pain, nothing. My heart scan the week prior was horrible that they called me 2 hours later -- on a FRIDAY -- asking me if I had any symptoms (I didn't, felt fine). It was the worst they had ever seen. I just ordered K2 with MK7 and actually stopped my Rosuvastatin to see if maybe that is blocking me being able to lose weight. I had always been able to lose weight, but not since my heart attack; that seems to be the only common denominator to losing weight.

I ferment soybeans using a natto package as a starter and eat 50g of natto a day giving me about 1.2g of Vit-K (mk7) plus 7g of protein with 0.5g of that leucine. Natto with mustard and garlic is delicious. You can ferment soybeans in a pressure cooker with a ferment setting. I use a chef-IQ pressure cooker. Method: Cook 2 cups of pre-soaked overnight soybeans for 1 hour and 40 minutes on high setting, drain, then stir in natto package stirring for 2 minutes and then ferment 24 hours at 108F. Soybeans should be soft when squeezed, if not, then cook up to 2 hours.

Nat to has a gooey texture and mild but unappetizing flavor, so stir in some mustard and or balsamic vinegar or chopped garlic and its delicious. I mix all those together in an arugula salad and don't notice the natto.

Dr Jamnadas was my mom and dads cardiologist. I took them to their appointments when they were in their 80's. I never heard him mention vitamin K2. I had a HA and then CABG at the VA in 2020 here in TX years after my parents passed. He's in FL and I go to the VA here in TX so I was never one of his patients. He said in the video that it is important to get lots of k2 in your 20's, well that ship has sailed. Now in my 60's will it be of any benefit to me? I have my own chickens that free range, but I've been supplementing their diet with layer feed. Should I not give them any feed so they get all of their nutrition from the ground? They have about 3 acres or more here to cover. I also give them scraps, salmon skin is their favorite, but they will fight for the green beans as well. I had no idea that the wheat in the layer feed could reduce the nutrients in the eggs🤷🏻‍♂️
