You’d be lucky to find public loos in the U.K. They’re rarer than hens teeth! Either that or they’re so run down and grotty that you’d rather not have a Jimmy Riddle or a Pony until you get home! Your MOC is really very good. So life like, just like the public khazi’s we used to have! I liked the janitor finding the gifts left behind by an inconsiderate patron! Top stuff JC. ❤️👍

Small Brick City ...not any more... most railway stations do, like Kings Cross or Euston. Plus they used to charge, but are free now! In central London there’s new urinals in the street that men can use. They’re fully exposed but they’re meant to curb urinating in the streets, especially after pubs close! Most local councils have closed their public toilets and pay places like McDonalds etc., to allow non-patrons to use the facilities. I guess in London one of the big problems was drug dealers using the toilets to sell their garbage and for drug users to shoot up! As an ex-policeman it was a growing problem that meant it was easier to handle by shutting down toilets. Plus in later years, cuts to funding by central government meant they couldn’t be maintained! What a fascinating subject. I used to work with a chap who wrote the definitive guide to accessible toilets in the U.K. for disabled travellers. He wrote it after staying in a hotel in Cumbria that had one accessible toilet, in his hotel room. When other disabled restaurant guests needed the loo, they were taken to his room to use his toilet and this was whether he was in the room or not.... brilliant!

Unfortunately, London did experience lots of inner city decay in the last 20 years. I'm sure even more in the last decade. This is a great small build that will defiantly be used in small brick city. The only areas with public toilets where I live is on the beaches and they don't get clean very often, only every so often in the summer. But they are important for a city, and I wouldn't be surprised if you built a second one to place in a different part of your city.😄

All year round but no-one really uses them anyway as they are disgusting and then the drug dealing in them also turns people off using them.

Great add-on and as the janitor I can understand your janitor surprise. At the church sometimes one may find a mess, but never as bad as your. If so one must just clean it up, as there are other who depend you to do this. It was very amusing seeing your janitor reaction.

Great MOC! I like the details of the pipes and water tank. The variety of toilets was also very interesting... but it was mostly enjoyable because of your passion/ concern for minifig hygiene, relief and toilet behaviors 😁😆😂

Fantastic MOC! I was just gonna put a couple buckets around the city, but this is a better idea! I actually laughed out loud when you pointed out the vents and said “so the minifigures don’t die!” Poor janitor, got a big mess to clean up lol! An idea instead of the janitor supplies on the wall would be to create a changing table for any baby minifigures! You could make it fold against the wall so it doesn’t interfere with the doors. Just a thought, but you are already done the MOC so it is a bit late! Keep it up!

Finally! I have been wondering how long it would take for you to make something like this! This could fit very well in a theme park or zoo! I really like the pipes on the back - very nice! What, no sinks? How do the figs wash their hands? I think the squatting toilets are common in France as well!? At least in public toilets. Thanks a lot for sharing this and keep up the good work :-)
