My favorite DLC Racing Track in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe easily goes to Mario Kart Wii's Rainbow Road. It's bern my favorite version of Rainbow Road since I played Mario Kart Wii and it's still my favorite to this day. While Bowser's Castle is my favorite non-DLC track in this game.

What are you talking about? There's a good number of BCP tracks that use anti-gravity. GBA Boo Lake 3DS Rock Rock Mountain Merry Mountain 3DS Rainbow Road GCN Waluigi Stadium Wii Koopa Cape SNES Bowser Castle 3 Wii Rainbow Road (which is entirely in anti-gravity)

Welp. I absolutely DESPISE Ninja Hideout. It's not skillful driving, it's downright bullshit. Not only that, but any track that makes Blooper viable is terrible in my book. It also comes at the END of the Grand Prix, which means that if you just so happen to try to get 3 stars and get demolished by RNG, great! You now have to do the whole Grand Prix which includes yet another stupid track: Shroom Ridge. These two tracks force you to slow down, which is the opposite of fun in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! Their graphics may be good, but I can't turn my eyes on their terrible gameplay. Easily the worst cup in the game imo
