One of the 2 back to back 2-14 seasons under coach Tom Flores (whom I will forever despise) the Seahawks were playing the far superior Broncos on Sunday Night. Elway was hurt and Maddox got the start. The Hawks actually beat them for one of their 2 wins. I was a kid but I was so happy! This is before you could see your out of market team every week if you wanted to. The only time they were on TV for me those days was when they played the Raiders lol.

Orr was a pro bowl LB next to mosley for one year after being a special teamer UDFA for a few years, retired the next year with a neck injury. Kamar Aiken was the #1 WR in 2015 and nearly put up 1000 yards and had a really strong season, then disappeared. Marlon brown a UDFA WR in 2013 had 7 TD catches and iirc 700some yards, ravens fans thought he was gonna go on to be the #1 wr they lacked when they traded boldin.

As a longtime Carolina fan, I can attest that Steve Beuerlein was the man back in 1999, but I'd give an honorable mention to Anthony Johnson, who rushed for 1,120 yards and six touchdowns in 11 starts back in 1996. After coming in for the highly-touted and often injured Tim Biakabutuka, Johnson became the Panthers' first ever 1,000-yard rusher and a leading member of the 12-win team that won the NFC West division and made it to the NFC Championship Game, where they fell to Brett Favre and the Green Bay Packers.

Spencer Ware was a one year Wonder but it wasn't 2016 exclusively. He took over for Charcandrick West after he and Jamaal Charles were injured in 2015 halfway through the season. He started just 2 games despite playing in 11 but he really had about 8 games where he logged the majority of the carries. He rushed for 403 yards and averaged 5.6 ypc. In 2016 he started 14 games rushed for 921 yards and had 447 yards receiving, he only averaged 4.3 yards per carry but that doesn't tell the real story. The truth is for the first half of the season he was on fire averaging 6.4 ypc, however he had a concussion he missed 2 games and when he came back it wasn't the same. During the second half of 2015 and the first half of 2016 Spencer Ware was incredible. It's possible that Spencer Ware would have had a nice career if not for his leg injury in 2017 in the preseason but his production had already fallen off the second half of prior year. That's why they drafted Kareem Hunt. Just giving you his 2016 stats actually sells short what an incredible year Spencer where had between 2 consecutive half seasons.
