With The LAST Ronin game, I'm thinking it would have you play as each turtle during those flashback sequences in the comic making up the earlier levels/mission in the game as you play with each turtle you'll unlock skills/abilities tied to their weapons/personalities and attributes like Intelligence/Gadgets/Crafting with Donnie, Stealth/Strategy with Leo, Combat and Equipment with Raph and Health/Moral with Mikey completing half the skill tree or a bit less once you get to playing as The Last Ronin who'll use all of their abilities the story as such would be segmented between past and present. You could even get an ability to communicate with the fallen brothers perhaps even call them in ghost style for special moves, tips, dialogue etc perhaps a possible co-op mechanic but i feel like that's deviating too much. The core game will be based on The Last Ronin in its entirety and like Cyberpunk 2077 it could have an animated show to go alongside it. I could even see The Last Ronin also having a sanity mechanic like Hellblade/A Plague Tale: Requiem where the actions The Last Ronin takes would have an effect on him leading to different ways levels/encounters play out, combat, exploration, dialogue etc due to all the loss, stress and trauma The Last Ronin has endured.

They really need to do Splinter arriving finding the Turtles with the ooze connecred to Baxter. Tests the ooze on Rat King which enables him to track Splinter and predict their attacks. He bests Splinter and forbids them from surfacing. Splinter teachers the Turles martial arts so they can protect themselves. Turtles 2, they sneak up to the surface for food and adventure but meet Casey Jones. He whips up on them because he's got weapons. Splinter then teaches them their weapon skills so they can best Casey Jones. After all the break in, vandalism and thefts , April suspects Ninjas and finds out about the Turles. The story breaks and THEN Shredder comes out of hiding for the Trilogy.

Scripts, they need scripts to send to voice actors/directors which tell the actors what to do. Otherwise the lore and such would be a mess because if it's live action they can't just hold the book and read what they have to say.

Seeing what they did to April and Rogen defending that travesty with the world's weakest April O'Neil defense makes me feel it would be disrespectful, but there's a handful of actors and actresses that I actively avoid because they ruin anything they're in for me. Seth Rogen is one of those actors. He almost destroyed Super Mario Brothers for me. Jack Black barely saved it for me, and the easter eggs finished saving it for me. I hate the dude's voice and sense of humor.
