Thank you so much for the video. The blinking red light was driving me nuts. I tried the cleaner disc but did not know that the on button had to be held for 5 seconds for the cleaning to start. Also, the gunk I removed from inside was stuck like glue. If I had not seen your video, I would never have thought of cleaning from the inside! Thanks again.

0:36 adding to that, the Bottom and top from the nozel can be removed too! nice job! ... until your video i tried to clean the nozel in the maschine... with q-tips...

I have 2 red lights . 1 yellow, 2 RED 3 RED lights, it’s the 2nd and 3rd light that’s on. Gave it a descale and ended up with this. Any suggestions how to correct this. Thanks

The second shows that your coffee machine is out of the water, The third indicates that your coffee machine needs to be descaled. If you have descaled the coffee machine and the middle (second) light is red again, then The float in the water tank is stuck. You need to clean the water tank and free the float. Also, check that the water tank has been correctly inserted. If after these steps the lights "Fill water tank" and "Descale" are flashing simultaneously and it is not possible to prepare drinks. Unfortunately, there is a fault on the machine.

Das was du sagst ist ganz falsch, in der video ist gut gezeigt, Füllen sie den wassertank (nur 1 mal), dann drücken auf den knopf und halten sie ca. 5 sekunden, und das proccess wird starten. Dann warten ca. 20 min, das ist alles.

I bought this machine just today and it won’t work , I put the hot water to the max line in the container and put it in the side , then I put the yellow tray thing on top and close it and then press the first button , but nothing happens when I press the button just does nothing , I don’t understand . The button is orange I press it nothing happens
