4 large tomatoes, diced
1.5 onions, diced
2/3 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
Salt, according to your taste
4 sprigs of fresh mint, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 handfuls of crushed walnuts
1/3 nutmeg
Combine tomatoes and onion in a large bowl. Add salt, cumin, black pepper and chili pepper. Add garlic, pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, mint, walnuts and grate nutmeg. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes so the sauces will combine well.
