Not done Sumeru's part yet. But out of all the interactions, the ones in Inazuma have been funniest. Also I liked the scene, I think after Hu Tao won the game, Keqing was amused by Hu Tao's antics. Hu Tao is definitely a fun character lol Can we just have Yae, Cyno, Venti and Hu Tao all meet other together at the same time? Hu Tao and Venti hsve already met. Just for the complete chaos.

On the other hand, it feels like it will not be the last time that we will encounter Charlotte. There are still rooms for her character development and probably that will happen in Fontaine when she is released.

Talking about cutscenes, I think, in 3.7, nothing can beat the meteor shower in Yoimiya's II Story Quest. I was stunned when I saw it for a first time. The last time I was so stunned because of cutscenes was during the last Lantern Rite, especially when I saw Baizhu. I was so happy to know he's going to be playable soon
