Everyone’s Favorite part of Camping.

I keep my sewer system very clean. I flush the tanks regularly. FLUSHING is NOT THE SAME as emptying.
Emptying is what people do when the pull the Black or Grey Valve handles.
Flushing is when you empty, run your Automatic Tank flush system or use a manual tank cleaning wand or other tools.
RULE #1: NEVER! NEVER!! Leave your tanks open while connected to a sewer drain.
WHY? Water/liquid in your tanks is the best way to keep them clean. Water/liquid allows things to flow. WATER is how things are cleaned. Water is what makes a toilet flush. If you have no water things will build up, solidify and never leave your tanks.
Step 1. Hook up your sewer hoses.
Step 2. When using the toilet. Fill the toilet 2-4 times and flush it each time. The more water the easier the flow.

That’s great advice, always use a clear elbow to see if your tanks are clean. Keep up the great videos. Hopefully we get to meet up again, next time sitting around a campfire. Paw Paw
