It's quite moving when he said you have to cut each cha-siu with love. The professionalism of the Japanese artisans is one of the reasons why people everywhere wanted to visit the place again and again. Each one of these kind of chefs are like artists and you get to enjoy their life's work.

Thank you so much, Larry. They are now working with a large food company to develop frozen fried rice for customers who live too far away to come to the store. If this frozen fried rice project goes well, there may come a day in the near future when overseas customers can easily buy this fried rice.

I would love that. Thank you for this information. How will I know when it happens? I live in Nevada, USA. I'm also a Ham Radio user and have worked hundreds of Japan Hams since 1986. Thanks!

So hardworking you are my idols, a dish looks yummy all.
His food looks beautiful and delicious! It's obvious he loves and takes pride in what he does while still being humble. I pray he could find a younger person with his same passion to teach so one day he could come in only when he wanted to and maybe spend afternoons with his wife in a beautiful garden somewhere. I also pray he gets that wonderful trip with his wife soon! Long life and good health to them.
