This update just feels like a wood update, like a "here, grab all this stuff inside the forest that we totally designed with the intent to do the bare minimum in and flesh out, you got wood a new mob and a new redstone block run away now little ones" I hate where this game is going. Like stop building biomes that can be more fleshed out. Over world is lacking because of it. We need larger updates to flesh out the world like caves and cliffs did, we need more realms to visit, for the end to be fleshed out and for one good solid nether update bringing a second demention on board. Instead they are adding to the void overworld list of areas that need to be worked on. Could of added witch villages inside of here exc but nope. Void biom.

for deaths they should give options. 1 respawn with inventory, but lose lvls 2 respawn with lvls, but no items 3 respawn with nothing, except a map to a tombstone where you died, and all items and xp in a chest below

I smell a new way to secure your base's perimeter at night with guards using creaking hearts. You could find out the spawn radius of the creaking from their hearts, place them outside your outer wall and space them apart and away from your "front door" path by that distance, and now you've got them patrolling the grounds outside your walls at night.

I've been having issues since they updated the leaves. Have to place twice as it never works the first time. Also I wish we could use the wall moss without carpet as it does not mix well with some gradients. Plus I don't want carpet around an entire build just to have some different looking growth on the walls.
