This is great! In fact we are psychologically driven by the food industry to eat the food that we do without realising it, most times in the bad ways. Why not help our children change this by using the same techniques but in a way that benefits them? This talk reminded me of Japanese bento boxes. And it has been super effective in getting children to eat normal food. (Im not even going to say healthy. Because healthy should be normal)

haha great perspective, sadly we have entered times where junk food looks attractive, so we need to mask real food as junk.

Seems convincing but not in real world. Children r smart enough. Only thing which matters is bond or u can say quality time u spend with them. So that they can trust u to getting convinced. Nothing else works
