I stopped eating out since the start of this year and make my own meals + snacks from real ingredients. I'm feeling a big difference in my body already. I'll definitely check your cookbook out!

Kruse says if you eat like the food pyramid you’ll end up looking like one lol. #kruzer Can’t wait to see your other videos, enjoying this one in my feed very much. 😊

What book did you read from whole foods?

Does cooking our fresh organic produce cook out the nutrients? I am eating clean, added fermentated foods, and last night read caramelizing onions cooks out some of them and garlic so is it true and how do i make a piece of raw garlic and half cooked onion palatable? I hope there’s a link to your store. I’ve been doing this a few months learning from people like you and Kruse, Lipton etc I was able to stop seeing a gastro and taking prescriptions for unexplained nausea and constipation by working on my gut biome, so big yay. I also am transitioning off hypothyroid meds which made me at 107 lbs in peak athletic performance (including an hour of elliptical for an hour at 10 resistance and it was called in on a Friday, when I went back to the gym monday I couldn’t do it, not even dropping at 5. I couldn’t breathe and told my doctor and 2 endocrinologists and suffered 10 years. I didn’t feel hypothyroid until that synthroid and in a few days it took years of working up to my fitness level to it being non existent. And i’m not hashimotos and my tsh was 1.8) I learned most people are iodine deficient and worked with an excellent naturopathic doctor and friend who has me on iodine, zinc and selenium. I had all the symptoms of being over medicated for hypo or probably didn’t ever need it. When my gyno did clomid on me and ultra sounds for follicles with pcos infertility i finally went to the best fertility doctor in town. Nothing. Allison said girl pcos is easy to treat but they don’t teach doctors that so she said it’s excess yeast in the body so get off sugar, do the braggs and i walked a few miles a day in the subdivision and started having periods and in a few months I was pregnant with my now 22 year old. I’m done with doctors. They walk in and whip that prescription pad out like a gun from a holster. I’m just super excited I’m taking back my health and this interview was so inspiring to me. ❤
