The first week of January has been a good kick between the legs for me. It seems like it’s still in between the end of fall and start of winter right now though. Water is 48-50 in north Texas, and it’s pretty stained from recent rain too. Anyone else experienced this?

I have in recent years before I moved to hot springs. It was always tough with the rain and water fluctuating in December to Jan. My best bet was to find rock / wood along transition banks. Lipless crankbait and bladed jig 👍🏽.
