Would like to know what is my problem. I have been over weight my entire life. I have tried exercising and watching what I ate and nothing. The only time I had ever lost weight was when I was on adipex. But now the adipex don't help me either. I have diabetes, high cholesterol and high triglycerides and also now am hypothyroid. I was able to keep my thyroid in the normal range with taking iodine, selenium and Vit B 1. But my thyroid went out of whack again because I couldn't find the same iodine I was taking and had to take one that was made completely different then what I was taking. I really have never had an appetite and have none now. I have very low magnesium and can take 3500mg a day and be fine. I did recently start taking preprobiotics / probiotics and I believe they have helped with the absorption of magnesium because my last blood test was the first time it was at 1.8. I have magnesium pain, it sucks. I just wish I knew what is going on with my body. I have no energy, I don't have the umph to to anything and that includes eating. Before taking the pre/ probiotics I was scared to eat because I was always bloated and distended even before I would eat and the little I did eat would make the bloating and distention even worse to where I had burning pain in my mid spine. Drs kept saying it's my gallbladder but I have no pain in my stomach where you should hurt with a gallbladder problem. Had an ultrasound that shows no sludge or gallstones and many other test but they still think it's my gallbladder. Since taking the pre/ probiotics I have been able to eat a little more which has been a good thing but I still can't eat more then once a day or I pay for it big time. So I wish you could help me. Thank you in advance. God bless 🙏😇🙏

So on point!!! I’m a woman and I have 10% body fat, do you think that could be the reason why I never feel the “full” (satisfied) signal from my body when I eat?could it be because I don’t have enough leptin production?

It's possible you're trying to maintain too low of a body fat percentage. There are also probably some tweaks you can make to your diet to feel more full from food: legionathletics.com/8-ways-to-improve-hunger-control-and-weight-loss/

Excelent observation. Thanks for sharing. As I read and watch technical lectures on sugar addiction from UCSF; it is important realization that insulin hormone plays an important role in obesity aswell. It depends on what type food you eat. Eating fat doesn't make you fat. It is the calorie from sugar and processed food that causes obesity. Check out the nutritional keto diet lifestyle. It gets more complicated with hormone pathways. What do you think. Love to hear your comments. 🐒

Glad you enjoyed it. The main issue is that people are significantly overeating and it's not necessarily processed foods. However, it's much easier to overeat with processed foods.

I am fat because I love food. I eat when I am hungry or not hungry and binge on candy. Bloody Leptin. Another way to dodge accountability.
