Hi Melanie, I don't have sensitive skin but I try to be as gentle as I can. Cleansers:- La Roche Posay Toleriane milk cleanser. Emma Hardie Moringa balm (for massage purposes). NIOD Sanskrit Saponins (once or twice a week) Hada Labo cleansing oil at night to remove makeup with a Face Halo microfibre pad, they are machine washable. Exfoliators:- Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid (used once a week) Skin Food scrub (Korean brand) used on top of a balm to protect skin from too much friction. Toners:- Hada Labo lotion and Paula's Choice Resist Advanced Replenishing toner. MooGoo Natural SPF 15 with zinc (i live in Northern Ireland) or their SPF 30 if I'm in a sunny climate. At night I use a serum and The Ordinary NMF with HA with a drop of their Squalane oil. 3 times a week I do Gua Sha facial massage and LightStim LED light at home. Please let me know if I should take products away or add. I have combination/dehydrated skin. Thanks. Shelley x
