Yoga taught me to breathe properly, essentially through the nose, and that each nostril can affect your sympathetic (right) and parasympathetic (left) nervous systems. Practiced yogis can control their body temperature or heart rate just from breathing alone. You speak the truth.

Not necessarily but be mindful of how it affects you. Too much caffeine keeps me in a constantly stressed out state

Try walking barefoot in a forest. Its magic. Just take it easy at first. Slow and steady does it.
