I too came looking for Phoenix / SLC NHL info. I stayed because your coverage in general is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

This is cool. Back when Brodie was asking if he should start doing weekly segments I suggested in the comments that he should do this. He actually responded to me in the comments and said it was a good idea.nthay was a few weeks ago I think. I'm glad he did it. These are always great for the fanbase. Thanks @Brodie Brazil

I have seen one of my favorite channels go from 40k to 90k in approximately 1 year. Your content is excellent and you don’t get into the gimmicks I see in other channels. I found you due to the Utah NHL surprise. Keep up the great work

Why I love listening to Brodie (as someone based in Boston). There really is a "positive vibes" in sports coverage between the west coast and the east coast. I imagine if Brodie was forced to listen to Felger & Mazz in Boston, he'd instantly hate sports. I abhor the "vortex of negativity" in so much sports commentary. There's nothing wrong with being critical of a team when warranted, but it's a whole other factor when it's been going on for over a decade; in spite of said teams being successful.

Then I remembered Sharks GM Mike Grier is also a Masshole. He went to the same Catholic HS as Noah Hanifin FWIW.

I think Brodie's format is different; the A's saga made me catch the occasional clip from Sactown Sports. I think listening to KNBR or Sactown Sports would be a better comparison to Felger and Mazz vs Brodie's channel.

If you still have it you should show your Letterman Jacket, that shit went to the other side of the jacket with how many sports you played in / on a team in high school.

Thanks for answering my question! I’m always fascinated by the hockey fans in non-traditional markets. I’ve been a Flyers fan since birth and learned to skate at age 3 so the contrast is interesting. And yes, I remember the Rhinos playing the Philly Bulldogs in the old RHI. Keep up the great work.

I think you put no more than $100M into the SAP Center @ San Jose, even though it’s built in 1993, it’s a pretty damn good looking building still. Would love to see a bit more futuristic designs into it like having lots shark tank screens in the concourses. Honda Center on the other hand has to be the worst NHL arena I’ve ever seen.

IMO 4 pt shot should be half court shot that is only active for the last 2 minutes of each half and last 2 minutes of any overtime session. The 3 pt shot needs to be pushed back by 1 foot.

Really surprised that you like Heathrow? I love Hong Kong International and Changi in Singapore. SZX in Shenzhen, China is decent too. Terminal 5 at LHR is irritating, at best. If I'm flying into the UK, I avoid any of the 5 London airports.

If professional sports teams are going to receive public funds, they should provide something in return to the fans, such as free parking or discounted parking fees. Tickets for NHL, NBA, and NFL games are so expensive that many fans are unable to afford to take their families to see a game.

On the MLB giving Oakland a Coyotes type deal to get an expansion team, I am completely not in the loop regarding the Bay Area (I've been in Tokyo for years after living in Atlanta) but I seem to remember decades of battles between Oakland politicians and their pro sports teams. I realize that dealing with the Davises, Fisher/Schott and whoever runs the Warriors is not the easiest job in the world and that the Warriors, Raiders and A's all had economic reasons for leaving Oakland but hasn't the relationship between government and pro sports teams in Oakland been pretty bad? Maybe MLB just doesn't want to deal with that when they have cities willing to throw money at them for new teams.

Want to grow your channel, do college football videos. Get with CF channels like The Big Mountain, Big 12 Mafia, Locked On College Sports w/ Spencer McGlothlin, John Canzano and especially Jon Wilner etc. Bay Area college sports do not get enough coverage. Cal & Stanford playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference is insane.

do you think hockey fans in Arizona will be more willing to root for old Desert Dogs if the NHL and the Arizona ownership group announce that phx/scottsdale/tempe/ect is getting the expansion team they are aiming for.
