Good for Officer Brown; he stood his ground and didn't back down from the Judge. He called for backup and who came on the scene but the Captain, as it turns out she had several complaints against her for the same behavior all which lead to her being placed under arrest. As Captain Porter told her Nobody is above the law.

5:01 not a very smart judge. The judge should know that the signature just verified that she will either show up for court, or pay the fine. Basically it is a way to prevent the Officer from arresting and placing the judge in jail until she is seen from a municipal or justice court judge for the minor traffic offense. Btw: it isn’t the law to sign it. Signing again is to just let the court know that she will either show or pay the fine.
