Play it on insane. I've died a little bit but not as much as I did with RAAM on insane. Gears of War 4 on inconceivable ironman the only real threat from the final boss is the quills it launches at you. Those are one hitter quitters. Also when you're shooting the nemacysts when pushing up that's also a one hitter quitter from what I remember on Inconceivable 2 years ago.

They're already 2 games in and we know nothing of them, they don't have a good reason for attacking. Just "we were the locust." They don't have any decent generals or main villains, which is why the final fights are bland. The swarm are lack luster and wannabe locust.

I always found it kinda of lame when fighting the gears of war 4 final boss because it just felt like killing another enemy, it doesn't really have a huge impact when killing it like with Raam or the queen who had big and impactful roles in the series. Hell even the Brumak Lambent had a bigger impact because it would result in the destruction of Jacinto and the affects that lambent has on living things. There also wasn't any build up to the monster as well

It would have been a better fight if after tearing off each tentacle it not only got harder to kill but also burrowed and retreated while more smaller enemies spawned in. But I don’t know how to integrate it into the story more.

I made the mistake in Gears 4 on my first playthrough on Insane, of blowing up all the transformers one after the other without popping blisters. Thought I was being smart. Apparently if you do that they send ALOT at you initially and a bit coming in waves after. I refused to restart the chapter because of that mistake. Took me hours but I did it. On Inconceivable, I just shot at the Swarmak without blowing up any transformers/blisters. EZ PZ lol General RAAM on insane, however, is RAGE inducing. Hes still without a doubt the hardest boss in all the games.

I love how at the end (SPOILERS) that Cole and Baird come in with the mech suits and Cole gets in the chopper on the gun and does his signature "WOOOO" just like old times. almost brought a tear to my eye

There's a glitch with RAAM if you beat him wayyyy too quickly. If you kill him on the SAME spot that his death animation happens, you will see 2 dead RAAM's, one of them being the animation and the other being a ragdoll.

The Fourth Carmine is in Gears of War 4, where he dies instantly without an introduction. The only way we know it's him is because boss lady (forgot her name) tells him (Carmine) to get to the wall, where he's killed by a robot drop pod thingy.

Xiro Gears 2 had the most variation between enemies. I can try and name them all: Drone, Grenadier, Grenadier Elite, Theron Guard, Palace Guard, Sniper, Grappler, Bolter, Boomer, Grinder, Mauler, Butcher, Cyclops, Flame Grenadier, Flame Boomer, Wretch, Ticker, Sire, Kantus, Bloodmount, Beast Rider, Mortar Drone, Reaver, Troika Gunner, Brumak, Corpser. I think its safe to say that Gears 2 had the most.
