seeing the speed at which it flows I doubt it'd let you save people at such a scale, not to mention the logistics of distributing it. Also, even if this amulet and it's effects are unique there's still more efficient ways of solving the issue. Finally, I don't think someone who hoards enough magic rings to wear one on each finger is particalury concerned with 'sharing'.

You could drink your fill of water without ever needing to buy it, carry it around, or even getting up and refilling/retreiving it. Not to mention how bling it is. Would you rather hand your freinds a water bottle, or a magic amulet? Also, if you want to use a differen't neck item, just swap it out when you're not thirsty.

I have a combination of the Ring of Night owl, and the amulet of energy so I only require 6 hours of sleep and get to keep 90% of the morning energy. This is a 15% boost and is very useful. I also have the ring of intelligence and the headband of logic, allowing me to solve problems with a -5 requirement to all intelligence checks. Combined with the shoes of swift footedness and the armband of flexibility, I also have a tennis sub build as well.

Honestly "Fully Functional Adult" should only be taken if you can't manage to get the "KZbin Celebrity" or "Internet Technomancer" prestige classes. However, you're fucked if you took the "Autism" Star sign on character creation and didn't manage those prestige classes. +20 to intellect is hardly useful when your -20 to social skills and +15% Insanity scores directly conflict the "FFA" reccomended minimum stats.
