I'd like to know when the IRS is gonna investigate Jim Bob Duggar for. claiming his own income as income he gave his children. and then now they're being taxed on it and they never actually received any income. I think there needs to be a big audit done on him and he needs to be held accountable for claiming income for his children that he kept for himself.

Once in awhile, we hear from fundamental Christian women that tells of the competition, between the women, 17:51 of who has the most kids. One guy had gone to marriage retreat, that the Duggars were at. He said this and fundamental woman replied, that, yes, it’s true. I remember Jim Bob saying that Michelle had to approve the final draft, before a book could be printed.

Hannah and Jeremiah live a way away. Jill probably has seen very little of them, if at all. Jim Bob is a flaming narcissist and as emotionally immature as you can get. I am recovering from a relationship (not with my father) that was this exact same scenario of control, manipulation, love bombing and gaslighting!!! What I hope these adult kids will learn is that you can genuinely love someone and still walk separated from them. That is what I have had to do...some people are just to toxic to be around. Jim Bob definitely seems to be one of those people. I doubt that Michelle's father has/had as much say in her life once she was married as Jim Bob feels he is entitled to with his daughters. That may be true since IBLP (not necessarily homeschooling) did not teach actual subjects the way they should be taught. But in most cases for the girls in the Duggar family who married out of it, like Joy that their hubby is smart enough to do the taxes! It seems that Austin would be. I am thinking this is something Jim Bob has done to most of his kids. He did it to two that we know for sure, Josh and Jill. These kinds of guys they Jim Bob do not change. What I said about homeschooling, I have as a teacher seen many kids excel in. But it has to be taught correctly with the right program and IBLP was not it!!

Good job Jill and Derek! I'm estranged from my parents but continue to go to extended family reunions, so I know how much courage it takes to show up for an event like that. I refuse to lose my entire family (most of them are awesome, which I know isn't true for everyone who is estranged) because my parents abused, neglected, and scapegoated me. So often it's the victim or target who loses those connections and people turn on them instead of the abuser(s). Katie, I'm so glad you talked to Derek and got the real scoop here. In divorce cases Family court judges always tell parents to not talk negatively about one another in front of the children. The mother may hate the Dad, but that’s her issues, not the kids. The Dad might think the Mom is a hag, but that’s his issue. The kids should have their own relationship with each parent. Neither should hurt the love a child has for their mom or dad.

Jill and Jinger just happen to get somewhat lucky but no one rescued them. They didn't go into these relationships assuming these men would break them free. That's almost insulting as if Jill and jinger weren't capable of breaking free without them. When it's not unheard that Jinger joined another cult and Jill is still struggling. My adult kids have an OK relationship with their biological father and a good relationship with my husband (I’m divorced and remarried, so that probably makes heads explode in the IBLP), and it’s not because I admire them. Clearly, I don’t admire my ex. I do admire my husband because well… He gives me something to admire 😊. He’s an amazing human! These high control religions are why I stayed in an abusive marriage for 13 years; following this kind of advice because it’s 💯 in mainstream churches, too! They make it a formula, when it’s so simple… Be a good human. Look to Jesus and his teachings as an example. Do those two things and everything will fall into place. Katie hi thanks for the Duggar update. Remember a clip from the show jbob admitted he had a bad temper. If he dont watch it a court might order anger management classes just a thought. Jbobs shady dealings are nothing new. Perhaps an audit going back 23 years every other year. Youre my source for Duggar updates and I thank you. 🙏

The ones that have somewhat broken away-Jill and Jinger-have husbands with decent educations. It wasn’t easy for Jill and Jinger, I know Jill has been to therapy. They had to do some difficult emotional work to get where they are. It also makes a big difference when you are not financially tied to your father like most of the married kids. Not to be crude but JB is a sort of pimp using money to control most of the kids. All their so called businesses are in cohoots with JB. Jill and Jinger are not tied to him financially which makes it easier for them to speak the truth.

Regarding Joy and Austin’s finances… it’s staggering how many vacations they go on. They took a two week RV trip to Yellowstone, went to Alaska, California to visit Jinger (three times), Destin Florida, and RV camping locally with the other Duggars. I have no idea how Austin gets so much time off work. Don’t most Americans get two weeks max, if any at all? It’s wild how expensive these vacations are. I’ve been to Yellowstone… not even in a gas guzzling RV… it ain’t cheap!

I just looked up the county records & Austin’s home building has slowed way down… like way down. Something tells me that he’s not working as much. Austin is self employed. I am self employed and never go on vacation. Some people don’t take work seriously & joy & Austin are typical lazy and entitled Duggar offspring - they all are like this - except Jill & Derick
