I'm loving the entrance into the house.. Very inviting and Spacious and the wall colors make it bright plus the windows really let the natural sun light in .The built in buffet is a major plus as well... Oh WOW,I really like the above window over the kitchen sink..It's an Immaculate Home and all who worked on this Home did an Immaculate job.. Number 1 seller as far as I can see...The living Room is Gorgeous and very spacious..Not too fancy but a very relaxing and Comfortable home...The bedrooms are all good sizes with plenty of room to move around comfortably...This house is designed really well and it's 💯 SpotOn and TopNotch!! Agreed! I don't like the Farmhouses, the homes with ship-lap or the cheap rustic look that many models have. But this house was beautifully designed whoever staged this home has good taste.

Been looking at this one online lately. Between this one, the Tahoe Harbor and the Briarritz I'm struggling to pick a favorite. Deer Valley makes beautiful homes. Love the video, Thanks for the different view.

Deer Valley has such an eye for detail, they're absolutely beautiful homes. I personally don't like the whole open concept. One model (Aimon?)has an offset kitchen separating the rooms which I love. Deer Valley has the absolute best homes on the market.

I love love love the asthetic of the kitchen.. the wood ceiling w/ recessed can lighting is so warm & inviting! I would cook up 14 storms in that kitchen! LoL! And something else that was amazing and incredibly great of the design team .. the fact that they put a huge PANTRY in the kitchen (actually just off the dining area) BRAVO! That should be an option in more of these manufactured homes! That was one of 3 main issues with them (for me, personally) Bigger closets, utility/laundry room and a Pantry! Nowdays... They have it ALL covered! Im a new sub yo your channel (thanks to my cousin who is waiting to take delivery of her home in a couple of months) and I'm browsing ideas but designing a home myself. These homes get bigger & more beautiful every year! Im always more impressed than the previous year models. The manufactured homes market is one of the only ones that continually blow my mind bc they never stop working & trying to one up themselves with each passing year from the late 90's to now... They just keep getting better. You've got to respect that! 👏💞✨🥂
