Alpt of people do. Warming up your body really helps with cramps. I always try to make it to the gym even when I'm on my cycle.

Would you discourage someone from walking?? I don’t understand the mindset of discouraging fitness just because it’s a method you personally don’t enjoy. Aerobics classes are offered in millions of gyms everyday. People enjoy them. They are easy to stay CONSISTENT with because they’re fun. A standard class is one hour. You should add them together, pick out your favorites & do them for an hour. As a dancer, these are great. If you learn proper dance technique (when you should exhale, point your toes through it, tighten & squeeze your arms, shoulders back, chin up, etc) these can be really beneficial. Do this before a yoga class, in addition to a weight session, as a stand alone cardio session etc. With a good diet, adding routines daily like this with some weights can really get you a nice body.
