Wow, I'm a sweaty mess. Used 12 and 15 lb dumbbells, because she said to go heavier- felt the weight instantly. Awesome workout, fabulous trainer.

I'm 36, 5'2", 168 lbs and at an average heart rate of 153 I burned about 650 calories. Yes I know :).
