WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

PLEASE this is the worst eye strain I’ve had in my life. Had it for days since I wasn’t sleeping well and was busy with life. First time I’ve ever had to look up videos to help. Watched this and like it’s almost gone. My eyes hurt so bad rolling them around and i thought i was going to die with the figure 8's 💀. I’m screaming. Definitely coming back to this again when I have eye strain. And doing this again right before bed. Thank you so so so much! No more headaches and sensitivity to light!

When I purchased my computer monitor, I activated the eye saver mode which reduces the blue light generated by the screen. I also did the same thing at work and it makes a big difference with eye strain and discomfort.

Hey hey! Apologies I didn't catch your name but thank you for all these vids I have done a lot of work with your videos. Helped the pain in my sternum & clearing lymph etc. This eye exercise should, perhaps, not be done all @ once or too vigorously with those who have eye injury. Personally I advise to do half of what is suggested & @ your own pace. Work up to the full programme. The results are fab but you need to be very gentle with your eyes & eye muscles just like starting any new exercise.. thank you again. I am so grateful for your instruction & encouragement ❤

Thanks Linda, great exercises for eyes. Was it me or did anyone else find their jaw moving with their eyes? Another great eye exercise I learned is to straighten both arms in front of you, put one thumb on top of the other, and watch the closer thumb as you slowly bring it towards your nose.

Another wonderful routine. I noticed when rolling the eyeballs that I was weak on my right side; I could not feel the right eyeball as much as the left. I then noticed I was leaning to the right as I often do because of scoliosis. When I gently moved my spine back into alignment, I could immediately feel the right eyeball movement as much as the left. Thank you so much, Linda. You are now part of my day, every day. Your smile and energy makes me feel happy and relaxed.

The foundation is great, but the content is from sources that are really old. Nice you put them together and introduce them as exercises, But do not take credit for developing the techniques. Just present your videos as you do without lying about South Korea... This country that I love is almost as good as China copying music, film plots and so much more from other counties. BORROW and give credit to the real sources. Thank you;)

My eyes felt so tense and painful doing it… almost like sharp between my eyes that I had to pause in between. I know I hold a lottttt of tension in my eyes/head/face. I also get migraine and tension headaches. Will this pain ease as I practice? Or am I putting too much pressure on my eyes?
