Exercises and modification ideas for anyone with weak knees or knee pain. These are exercises I do personally as part of my workout routine to stay healthy , improve sports performance and every day life. I do not have knee pain but I really started noticing my keees becoming weak and needed to make modification on how I move and function every day. I went outside the box and started the Knees over Toes philosophy and over the past few months the restults have been exactly what I was looking for. I Improved my knee flexibility, strength, balance and mobility without the feeling of adjusting my body posture to account for that weeak feeling in my knees.
I wanted to share this information for anyone interested and suggest you do the reasearch and make any modifications needed for your personal situation. I can only say for myself the results have are great and I intend to follow this workout regimen as long as physically possible.
