IT WORKS!!! I’m 63yo and I used to max out at 15.3mph, but now I’m routinely running 155-160mph (>10x). Who knew?!? 🤷‍♂️

This is cool! I had a hamstring issue last year and have recently started run/walk to build back up. Definitely adding some of these to the routine.

How often would you do these, and would you make this all one gym day, or split exercises over different sessions? I'm a runner who really needs to hit the gym but I don't know how to plan my gym work :/
