IT WORKS!!! I’m 63yo and I used to max out at 15.3mph, but now I’m routinely running 155-160mph (>10x). Who knew?!? 🤷♂️

This is cool! I had a hamstring issue last year and have recently started run/walk to build back up. Definitely adding some of these to the routine.
