Should any of these be limited if you have lumbar issues that require injections or have had a hip replacement?

Hi FeistyChick4U! This is Jennifer from the physiotherapist team. Thank you for reaching out to us. While these exercises are simple and gentle, we do not recommend these exercises if you are coming from a hip replacement or if you are suffering from lumbar problems as they might exacerbate your condition of compromise your new hip. Make sure to consult your surgeon for any exercises that you can and cannot do before you engage yourself with the any exercise routine. Hope this suits you well.
