This video was randomly recommended to me. I am currently looking and applying for a new job so I found it relevant. Every single point was spot on. Sadly I have to say that I quite often have arguments with some of these sorts, especially the boomers and their rethoric. Where I live, the "life isn't fair" attitude is deeply rooted and it's disheartening to see even younger people falling into that mindset, staying miserable because it's "just the way it is" and you're naive if you're looking for more. Thank you for this content! It's worth it to keep fighting!

Good video. Im from the UK the weirdest thing ive been asked in an online application was to say what my parents occupations were when I was 14! Wtf has that got to do with any application? Fables for adults ...spot on

@WoohooInc I have simply no idea. Here in the UK we get asked lots of unnecessary questions to eliminate discrimination but they can be very easily abused to discriminate. Ultimately an employer, if discriminatory, will find ways around the laws

I was laid off from my job earlier this year, and had worked for U.S. Bank for a number of years. With that said they went remote (aside from bank branches themselves) in March 2020 and are now mandating RTO starting December 2024. They say it's to build team collaboration. Not sure how I feel about it, as collaborating remotely seemed to be working great for everyone.

don't do what richfolk tell you to do, do what _they_ do-act like you secretly think you're better than most people & don't be afraid to talk down to the ppl you don't talk _with,_ dispense advice that only benefits yourself like it's wisdom from on high, move exclusively through loopholes for your whole life, try to act like you don't feel a huge empty black hole of despair bc you never invested time in real human connection & you feel it every second of every day

I've learned this past year that you should do the opposite thing that rich people tell you. "You don't need a degree to be successful" BULL. Most good jobs require a bachelor's degree. Now I'm 28 and a freshman in college

All rich or sucessful people have 1+ luck event in their life. Video little too Euro. General pattern is which group is most of population will discrimate minority people. Minority people in Europa is majority people in other place and they discriminate exact same. I work in Thailand and can speak and read their language but many think foreign people no understand stuff about their culture. Governments is less efficient and slow and vẻry against DEI is very true. Power monopoly cause this, they have no competition. ¿Why many need many documents, why need week for read documents but 5 minutes is enough time? Why no freedom from VISA or work permit (and waste my time and money) but other people steal and rob people can stay and work with no harass from government because birth from corect butthole. Correct attitude from government respect DEI: thanks for come here, you can stay any length time you want, leave any time you want, here is tax number if you want work. ¿Want citizenship? Pass culture and language test and you can have. Ẹnjoy your stay.
