Plus it's super entertaining, plus I've been learning all my flourishes and card controls have become so much more natural and slight thanks for the help!!! I've been binging every episode learning all I can to improve. Also thanks for some of the best card controls (in my opinion) in the business

Cellophane is a pet peeve of mine as well and those had cellophane inside of cellophane! I love how you couldn't give a scheisse about the "rarity" or "value" of the decks. I mean, why but them if just to sit on a shelf or in a box? I couldn't agree more about the skull and bones disco ball cards. Just goes to show, people will buy any thing for any price if it's hyped enough and "limited" enough. Thank for another great video.

I agree, the skull and bones deck was kinda garbage from a "standing still" look but... the shimmer during the cardistry was a neat visual on camera. I wouldn't buy them for what little cardistry I can do but if I got better, who knows? But I wouldn't perform even my beginner (cause that's all I know) magic tricks with them. Such a shame too, because I loved the red and silver motif.

Hey, Chris. So I used to really be into magic (specifically card tricks), but now I'm focusing more on music. I would have phases of being into magic, but they faded. I found a new passion for cards and that was collecting. I may not love practicing and performing magic as much as I used to, but your videos are always fun to watch whether it comes to magic, the impossible puzzles, or your card collections. The first video I ever watched of yours was a collection video. Moral of the story is that I have been inspired to do the same and I have been a fan since. I have also been wondering what decks you recommend the most when it comes to collecting? Keep up the good work! Best wishes from Chicago, IL.

Hey Ramsay! Could you do a small bit on card vernacular for noobs like myself here? Like what do you mean by clump? What are soft vs cardstock better for? Aside from esthetic and preferences, are there specs that really affect certain tricks or skills.. maybe a little visual montage of the main moves and how they compare close-up with différents decks/textures/types of cards.. I know there are probably loads of videos on KZbin with those kinds of basics but I love your style/voice/editing/shots/music etc.. and l would definitely enjoy that

Hey Chris, Do you know of any cardistry moves that can seamlessly flow back into itself to create a "infinite packets" kind of illusion? If so, could you teach it? I'm having a hard time finding something. Great vid, much love!
@juhovuorela86237 жыл бұрын
Sean Connor Spin Sybil by Jaspas does this and it's suitable for beginners. It's taught on School of Cardistry's yt channel :)
@seanconnor17147 жыл бұрын
That looks rad, but it still has an "end" sort of speak... I was kind of looking for something that could be seemingly infinite; Like where you would normally close up the packet, it is also back into its initial state where it could be performed again on a loop (that looks good).
@juhovuorela86237 жыл бұрын

Looper is pretty cool, but it doesn't have the effect of infinite packets (It's still very obviously the one packet rolling around). I'll still be adding it to my "to learn" list for sure.

Stellar content as usual. I do have a quick question and I totally understand if you don’t get to it. I am trying to find a forum (possibly “auction”) website for cards and while I have found a few I’m hesitant to post anything so I thought I’d ask you if you know of any trustworthy sites. I came across a deck of blue rider back Cincinnati bicycles. They are opened but I noticed that there is a flaw in the cut causing the short side borders to not be even (one is thicker than the other) and I am looking to possibly sell them if they still have any value. The cards themselves are also practically new condition. Again, I loved the video and look forward to your next one. Have a great day/week/month/year/life.
