One bad roof destroys a multi-million dollar mansion. Always choose the best roofing company, and, utilize high quality tiling work wherever possible. Those 2 things save so much! You have a pleasant voice for these videos! Would it be possible for you to move just a little more slowly as you're turning? Just a little more slowly would help a great deal. WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! What a beautiful home!!! I absolutely love everything about the inside of this home. Only if it was on a beach in Florida and the outside was a more like Italian Mediterranean style, that would make it perfect . Absolutely, LOVE the bar and the kitchen!!!

This house has, imo, the most exquisite architectural features I've seen yet. Decor & colors attractive. A few places off w/ ultra dark dull wood. May look better in actuality, but comes off as mud on camera. An artform to combine woods/leather well. Wine cellar lovely; bar room yuck.

You started out in the staff quarters, not a guest room. I think that room you walked into with the french doors was a conference room with a small attached office. They must’ve run a business from home. The main staircase is actually a disappointment; in a house like that it should have been grander. However, the owners had televisions placed over fireplaces so they didn’t have particularly good taste. I counted 6 bedrooms total, plus the staff quarters in the basement. Big house. Such a shame that it had some structural/roof issues.

Bigger is not always better. A Colorado couple spent years building their dream 14,000 sq ft mansion, lived in it for 3 months and put it up for sale. It’s been on the market for years now. It’s beautiful but probably uninhabitable.

The things that needs fixed fix the freaking thing, you don't tear it down and build another bigger Mansion, what's going to happen when something goes wrong with the new Mansion,tear it down too and build a New One, when's it going to be enough, I swear someone should put a stop to these millionaires and Billionaires from building These Mansions just to tear them down and build New ones.
