Teal, Linh, and Emma.... I have been reading from Nigel Calder's Boatowner's Mechanical and Electrical Manual and Marine Diesel Engines as well as other material about how mis-wired boats and/or mis-wired shore power service plugs can have improper grounding that can inadvertently and unknowingly put a deadly electrical current into the water. The use of a properly installed galvanic isolator may protect you and others (while swimming in proximity to your boat's hull) but other peoples' boats may possibly not be able to prevent electrocution in proximity to yours. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Really enjoy your videos.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a wonderful place to visit. I have been to several aquariums over the years and have always compared them to the one in Seattle. and so far the one in Monterey is the only one that not only can hold a candle to the one in Seattle but i feel there's a lot more history and information available. My one and only visit to Monterey was a fluke. I was just on a random drive and wound up down there. I happened to drive past the aquarium's main entrance and recognized the sign on the side of the building. Though I was a bit confused as i thought that was supposed to be up in Sausalito under the name of "the Cetacean Institute" but I guess I forgot how much Hollywood gets wrong.
@GregStark381CC3 жыл бұрын
Linh, your recent shoulder condition could be coming from sitting/working in an awkward position while you are doing your video editing. I am assuming you spend a large amount of time at your computer and if your work station is not ergonomically correct this can cause you to have shoulder and neck problems over time. It can also cause wrist and hand trouble and I believe you previously were having some pain in your wrist. If you are sitting at a deck top that is too high for you or if maybe you are using your arm in an extended or awkward position this can lead to shoulder, neck and wrist trouble over time. Your work station could be too low for you but I am assuming in your case that is less likely. (Sorry). One of the worse things we can do to ourselves is to sit for an extended period of time without getting up and stretching. It may take an extended period of time before this habit and bad ergonomics catches up to us but in many cases it does cause a lot of the difficulty that you appear to be experiencing.

We are of the same thought with the exception of this marina. This is a clean marina meaning nothing goes into the water from boats. This area is a sanctuary for sealife so they take extreme measures to ensure the water is clean. From our spot, we could see right to the bottom. Water clarity is unreal here. 😍

It sounds like you had a great time. I’ve always wanted to see that aquarium. I was just waiting for this video to come out. The other day I had a dream that Linh and Emma where sitting with me at the bed. I was telling Linh that Emma should watch a show that came out called young Indiana Jones. Which is a real show. Then I needed to sharpen my pencil so I walked toured the old fashion pencil sharpener then I got pencil shavings all over your carpet by mistake. Teal was real mad at me I woke Linh up and he made me wash your carpet. It was more like in a hotel room than a boat. I have no idea what that dream was about, but I thought you would get a kick out of that. LOL. If you love marine life, museums, aquariums, and historical areas my state is a great place to stop at after the pandemic is over. It’s NC. We have three small aquariums, three martini museums. One in a town called SouthPort it talks about a pirate who was caught up the cape fear river. Another maritime museum has artifacts from Blackbeard the pirate ship. At Wilmington there is old historic houses with a ghost tour. There is the battleship that was used during the war in that town. There is a civil war fort really close to the aquarium. At Topsail beach there is a sea turtle hospital. If you stop at the outer banks, oak island, there are a lot of historic lighthouse. One island has wild horses, the outer banks is called the grave yard of ships. Many ships sank over there. The Germans sank many ships during the war at the outer banks, a civil war ship sank. The turret of the ship is in the maritime museum in Virginia. North of Southpoint close to Wilmington there is a ghost town from the 1700,s. At the island called Roanoke Island there is another aquarium, next to the aquarium is the lost colony. If you come inland after the pandemic near the SC NC boarder near the big city Charlotte there is a revolutionary battle. And in Greensboro there is a battle called Cowpins it has a great museum. If you go to the capital. The history museum is great also the science museum is really great too. It has a baby T.Rex, it’s got a butterfly room, ilabs where you can come in the lab and do experiments. The museum has a dinosaur with a heart. Right now the museums, national parks, state parks are close because the pandemic. So by the time you sail around the world to the Atlantic. SC, NC, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, have a lot of great historic areas. Never been to New Jersey, New York so I do not know about the historic museums. My aunt told me Boston is a great city if you want history about our country she said every body loves talking about our revolution in Boston.

Freud believed that dreams were essentially a form of wish-fulfillment. By taking unconscious thoughts, feelings, and desires and transforming them into less threatening forms, people are able to reduce the ego's anxiety.
