Florida is basically South New York: In large parts it hold the beliefs and customs of the North, yet is the most southern continental state. It's also funny in that the further north you drive, the more southern it gets.

Depends more on what type of voice triggers it. There isn't really a generally accepted "asmr voice". This video seems geared towards people who get tingles from hand and finger movement, as well as being lectured. For some reason, learning is much more relaxing when it isn't taking place in a school, at least for me.
